Allow access to Bluetooth devices #1751
Description
Apps that require access to Bluetooth devices don't work in Toolbx, it'd be good to allow the access because it's becoming increasingly useful.
An example of a use case: Meshcore web client requires access to Bluetooth devices to communicate with Meshcore devices and connect to the network from PC.
