mainnet provers stopped working

AFAICT https://light-optimistic-mainnet-1.herokuapp.com/sync-committee/hashes?startPeriod=767&maxCount=148 and https://light-optimistic-mainnet-2.herokuapp.com/sync-committee/hashes?startPeriod=767&maxCount=148 are not working anymore. They throw server errors.

We've added https://light-optimistic-mainnet-3-d4577fd43986.herokuapp.com to the list of default provers. I'll close the issue once we've reenabled the two mainnet provers.

I tried docker run -p 8546:8546 --name kevlar shresthagrawal/kevlar as instructed in README, it still only tries broken URLs:
