Set up KSP Environment with kRPC

Description:
Set up Kerbal Space Program with the kRPC interface to enable programmatic control of
spacecraft.

Tasks:

• Install KSP and required mods
• Configure kRPC mod and verify connection
• Create basic connection test script
• Document installation and setup process
• Test basic spacecraft control commands

Acceptance Criteria:
KSP runs with kRPC mod installed
Python can connect to KSP via kRPC
Basic telemetry data can be retrieved
Simple commands (throttle, staging) work
Setup documentation is complete
