Are you running it on Android studio? Default android studio runtime does not support lombok. That is a shame.

Try running in intellij IDEA. It has lombok support. A few months ago, it was possible to change the android studio runtime to one of Jetbrain's runtime, but i checked a few days ago and it no longer supports lombok. If you want, manually delombok the code, or wait a few days while we find any workaround.
