libcurl vs zig http client

The question: Should we use libcurl or Zig's built in HTTP client?

I believe the answer is libcurl. To support different HTTP methods (and more), we'd have to use libcurl as Zig's standard HTTP client only supports HTTP 1.1. There's plenty of more reasons, and I should probably catalog those here.
