Raw Series Graphical Control

Brian,

I like the new synth_runner. Thanks for all this hard work.

The "do_color" is a nice new feature since the graphical output of effect sizes was never to my liking. Is there some way to alter the raw series' effects and not just the donor effects? Mainly, change from a "thin" line to a "thick" line. I'm not afraid to get into the ado file and make the change.

I don't think there's anything built-in but the ado file is small so I would just go and edit it directly.
