Fullscreen button unavailable

In windows client 3.0.0-beta24(461) if you open a view in a new window there is no fullscreen button for a specific stream which make user experience worse with multiple monitors setup.
Also, will be great if user have a possibility to adjust zoom on specific part of live video by mouse scroll (like in Agent DVR).
