(ecs-patterns): (Managed instances queue processing constructor)

Describe the feature

ECS managed instances was introduced recently and it would be great if there is a queue processing constructor, similar to the Fargate and EC2 queue processing constructors..

Use Case

Currently, I rely on EC2 ASG with queue processing using the ecs-patterns EC2 queue processing constructor to build my stack. However, I plan to swap it out with ECS managed instances.

Proposed Solution

Create a constructor similar to the EC2 and Fargate's.

Thanks for the feature request! You're right that we're missing a queue processing construct for ECS managed instances. Currently aws-ecs-patterns has QueueProcessingEc2Service and QueueProcessingFargateService, but no equivalent for managed instances.

This would be a nice addition. Since you mentioned you may be able to implement this, would you be interested in contributing a PR? The implementation would extend QueueProcessingServiceBase and add managed instances-specific configuration (capacity providers, etc.).

Heya @pahud , I don't know what I am doing. When you get the chance, could you let me know if there's anything that I've missed? I've tested this at work by using a minimal implementation of the constructor. Thanks!
