- I have run
q doctorin the affected terminal session - I have run
q restartand replicated the issue again

Expected behaviour
Run kiro-cli doctor and get no errors.
Actual behaviour
Run kiro-cli doctor and get this error.
PATH contains ~/.local/bin: Path does not contain ~/.local/bin
