AMDFriend apps sometimes not detected as patched and add binary patch detection

Hi, I've tried your app, thanks for quoting me and NaomiDev for the AMDFriend part, I get this screen:

Since I've already patched both Adobe Photoshop 2024 and Discord with AMDFriend I don't need to do it again with AMDHelper, as this screen reports instead. You should:

1. Find a way to detect the pattern of the patched bytes independently from the specific app used;
2. Warn the user that if AMDFriend has been used you don't need to patch again apps with AMDHelper, at least for the MKL part.
