Adapt Workflow Actions

DetectMateService uses DetectMateLibrary and needs to clone the correct version before running the tests.

main -> main
development -> development
other -> development

Optionally (second PR) add the option to use the same Branch name in DetectMateService and DetectMateLibrary to include current changes in both repositories.

The development-version is the default. Do not use other -> other.
