I only have a 4Gb VRAM NVidia GTV1650 and I get CUDA errors

I know you say you need 8Gb but some places say 4Gb.
I have run
acestep --torch_compile true --cpu_offload true --overlapped_decode true

I don't mind waiting or reducing quality.
