Undefined Nodes in some templates

Some templates like late delivery and penalty(with optional/else), give the following error`:

Expected Behavior

The templates should be inserted properly.

Current Behavior

Error is encountered.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the contract editor.
2. From knobs, select the late delivery and penalty(else/optional).

Context (Environment)

Desktop

• OS: [e.g. macOS] Zorin OS (Ubuntu based)
• Browser: [e.g. Chrome, Safari] Brave

I have created the issue for the contract editor.

I think the issue here is that templates are not being loaded,
only the default http://localhost:9009/?path=/story/contract-editor--contract-editor is allowed. If you can provide me with the list, I can fix this @irmerk
