http3 enabled only with force option

I’m using a self compiled Openwrt build with curl http3 option enabled. this is the output of curl

Checking nextdns logs, when use http/3 is left at “Use negotiated HTTP version” logs show http/2.
only when option force http/3 is used in Luci, then logs show http/3.

So http3 is not being used when it is available.
