(items): add support for fetching item

Description

Add support for fetching item info. Support each of the below:

• Item used to acquire mount/minion
• Tomestone weapon
• Vendor item
  • crafting recipe (provide just recipe ref)

Use Case

As a consumer of the lodestone module I will want to fetch item info, including where and how it can be acquired.
