Sort to specified slot in inventory

Feature Description

the ability to pin an item to a slot so it stays there while sorting or ends up in the same spot when sorting has finished.
It would be nice if this was world/server specific but it's no problem if that is not implemented on first release of this feature (If this feature gets a release at all)

Use Case

On most of my worlds/servers I have two pickaxes, a silk touch and a fortune, and I have my silk touch in my hotbar and my fortune in the slot above in my inventory, now when I want to sort my inventory I need to drag it to an empty space on my hotbar, sort, and then put it back in the designated slot, also I need to move all the items if there are items in the designated slot.
