Terminology file uses invalid codes

This should be changed to use SCT codes: https://github.com/SlicerProstate/mpReview/blob/master/Resources/SegmentationCategoryTypeModifier-mpReview.json#L11-L58.

The codes for the structures in that file can be picked from QIN-Prostate-Repeatability:
