[Feature Request] Expand Controller Type to include other supported controllers (GameCube, NSO, etc)

Overview

Certain software recognizes the official GameCube controller via the adapter or the various NSO controllers but there's no option to have the emulated software replicate that recognition. I would like to see them be an option.

Why would this feature be useful?

Certain games notably Smash Bros. but some others like Trials use the analog triggers on the GameCube controller, no other controller currently available to emulate in Ryubing can do this.

Notably, I do not have a gamecube controller adapter to test this with, so I will eventually need someone to test when I'm ready to make an MR. There's a lot to be done here, but I thought you should know that someone's thought about it.

I don't think you'll need an actual GameCube controller to test this. This request is just to allow the emulated controller to be a GameCube controller rather than a pro or joycons. But it looks like that commit is exactly what I was asking for and then some. Looks great!
