UI : STT Evals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have APIs in our backend to run STT evaluation but having a UI for it would make for a better user experience, APIs are a hassle for non-technical people

Describe the solution you'd like
A dedicated Evals UI for STT that allows users to:

• Upload or select audio files alongside reference transcripts
• Run transcription jobs and compare output against ground truth
• View evaluation metrics such as Word Error Rate (WER), Character Error Rate (CER), and Match Error Rate (MER)
• Filter and sort results by model, date, project, or accuracy score
• Export evaluation reports
