Trying to add new pipeline after moving old one fails

After moving a pipeline that I used in a previous session, I get an error when clicking the add button:
OSError: [Errno 19] No such device: '/mnt/d/axotomy_testing/2026-02-03/Stitched_Plates/TS_MFD_PRE_P1_20260203__2026-02-03T19_23_43-Measurement 1_stitched'.

There should be a way to skip auto adding plates that are in cache if they can no longer be found in that location. Right now, I have to manually delete path_cache.json
