Change cursor to Hand (link selection) when mousing over folder/files names in the all programs and search result lists #2416

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Vista and 7, the all programs and search result list area of the start menu, switch the cursor to the hand cursor when you mouse over file/folder names
This is not the case in openshell and no setting for turning it on exist
Describe the solution you'd like
Make it default or add a setting to do it, so it's more accurate to how it is in vista/7 start menu
