Replacement Start Menu Button Misaligned #2414

Describe the bug
Using all defaults, if I try to replace the start menu button, it's always misaligned on one of my Win11 PCs:
Even with a custom image and settings imported from another PC, it's still all janked up:
Those settings are working on the other PC, but completely broken on this one.
As far as I can tell. There's no way to make it work correctly.

To reproduce
- Use Windows 11
- Replace the start menu icon
- Observe it's misaligned.
Expected behavior
- Use Windows 11
- Replace the start menu icon.
- Observe it's correctly replaced, and not misaligned.
