Hi Sai Krishna,
I have reviewed your PR locally, the main functionality does work but the "Update Consumable Form" is not fully visible in dark mode. All the rest of the features, buttons work as per requirement.

Hi Sai Krishna,
I have reviewed your PR locally and verified the Update History functionality. The button is working as expected and opens the modal with the correct historical data, matching the required layout and behavior.
I did notice a minor visibility issue in dark mode for the update form, but that appears to be outside the scope of this PR.
As per the current PR requirements, everything is functioning as expected.
