The PolyConstruct codebase is now on lockdown while the manuscript is under review.

Until the lockdown is lifted, there are to be no changes to the code that have not been approved by at least two of the following people:

• Rangika Munaweera
• Ada Quinn
• Megan O'Mara

Oh. I did not see this in time sorry! I have merged an update to 'RTPcharge' per Rangika's request though and he had verbally approved it with me already.
