Limit the set of user-agent templates used

I love this add-on, but every now and then, a site just needs a dozen reloads, because it doesn't want to work with e.g. Internet Explorer 7 or the like. Would it be possible to somehow be able to limit the list of templates for user-agents to be generated, so that I could have it pretend to be using only half-way modern browsers?

You docs rightly say that websites should not care about version numbers etc.. Unfortunately, this isn't reality. For instance, the smart people at Slack decided to make their app only work on certain browsers and operating systems:
