Define and Add ModelWriter Copyrights

I think it's time to define the ModelWriter Copyright and add it to classes and other files in the developed plugins,

• We will need to configure our workspaces to fix all copyright automatically (using eclipse releng tools)
  In Window -> Preferences -> Copyright Tool please add the next text:

Copyright (c) ${date} [LEGAL Organization ID]
All rights reserved. This program and the accompanying materials
are made available under the terms of the Eclipse Public License v1.0
which accompanies this distribution, and is available at
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html

Contributors:
    <firstname> <lastname> (<company name>) - initial API and implementation

• for each .genmodel please do not forget to set in the properties view the Copyright Fields to true and define the Copyright Text as follows:

Copyright (c) 2015  [LEGAL Organization ID]

I don't really understand a copyright of ModelWriter Consortium.
As this consortium is not a legal official organization, it can't host
any copyright.

Moreover, with respect with Eclipse Foundation legal process, the
original organization who created pieces of software must keep the
copyright.
So, I suggest any ModelWriter member keep it own copyright for each
contribution.
