ability to save state and load state needed #2
Description
We need to be able to dump the existing vpc state and load the state on demand. This is only applicable to vpc's deployed through metashift.
Use case:
Metashift to be used as a bastion host type controller that is started and stopped on demand. Once host is started, metashift can connect to vpc via specified option. Once metasession is re-established metashift will be able to create additional service servers before saving state again and being turned off. Additionally, this may be a method to control what VPC is being loaded and updated.
