Dockerize and shift deployment to new server #32
Description
As discussed, the pascal webapp will need to be shifted to new hardware at some point soon. I propose:
- Dockerize the current app
- Change the CI/CD job to upload to ghcr.io and push that container to the new server rather than Azure
