Improve metadata #24
Description
Channels have a variety of metadata that is not presented through myquery. At least some of this needs to be exposed.
- all parameters in channels table
- all parameters in metadata table
- Which groups the channel belongs to (hierarchical grouping from groups table)
We may also want to add some information that is computed from the metadata and known mya rules. For example a PV is not currently being archived if active and request fields do not both equal 1. That could be tricky to keep in sync if any of the mya logic changes.
