Deploy and document initial API

Document how to launch/deploy the API. That might mean setting up a grunt script or npm script to launch the server. 

Note: This issue is just referring to the initial API for testing with the initial mock/testing database.
- In the future it might mean creating a docker container and a bash script to spin up the server and launch it.
