Driver Updates available in MS Catalog\Windows Updates don't have a KB but they do have an Update ID and GUID - https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=fd5b3da9-9a73-4535-a4bb-f813603ac16b
The tool allows for blocks by KB, but it doesn't state if other identifiers can be used.
