new wordpress version 5.2 requires php 5.6.20

Wordpress makes some significant changes to themes and plugins. It checks the php version of the server running Wordpress. Updates for plugins and themes can only be installed if it is at least php 5.6.20 compatible.

The docs should therefore be updated so that there are no problems.
