Support for Wordpress 4.4 responsive images

Hey there,

Wordpress 4.4 gained support for responsive images, but the Comicpress theme doesn't seem to support this yet as far as I can tell. I've already made my child theme responsive, but the comic image stays the same size, even on mobile (unless I set a hard pixel width for it in CSS). If possible, it might be nice to have this done dynamically. The Twenty Sixteen theme for example has two functions in functions.php to do this (although doing a copy-paste into my own theme didn't work).
