feat: Tab Groups + “Open in New Tab Group”

I would like to request Tab Group support along with an “Open in New Tab Group” option on Android.
(Why this matters read at the end)

1. Tab Groups:
Allow users to organize multiple tabs inside one group so browsing stays clean and manageable, especially when researching or multitasking.

2. Open in New Tab Group:
Add an option in the long-press menu to open a link directly into a new tab group instead of opening it first and grouping manually.

Why this matters:
Currently, no Gecko-based Android browser provides a smooth tab grouping workflow like this. Adding both features would greatly improve productivity, reduce tab clutter, and make WebLibre stand out among Gecko browsers.
This would be extremely valuable for power users who often handle many tabs at once
