Add new github app in the repo for automation

I have created this new open source github app https://github.com/marketplace/shriproperty-bot
This will automate tasks, such as

• Automatically adding labels to pull request based on their status
• Use / commands in comments to close, approve, merge pull request or issue

If you don't want to Add this, it is okay but please check it out once and provide me with some feedback
