Filter descendant search

As a tree-concern user, I'd like to be able to filter which nodes are expanded in :each, :descendants, :post_order, :breadth_first, etc.

While useful for pruning, this gets suspiciously close to full generic search where the user would provide an expand :: node -> [node] method.
