cursor stuck on waiting for approval

I have the extension and the mcp server installed in my cursor settings but when i prompt it for the first time, Cursor is saying it's waiting for approval.

The extension is running and there is no button to approve it.

Things I've tried:

• reinstalling mcp server/extension
• reinstalling cursor
• deactivate/reactivating the mcp server
• different browsers
• playing around with the server configuration (trying flags such as "allow" etc)

I am also facing the same issue. One hack or workaround is to disable the toggle. But it will always ask before running the command which is very annoying.
