Request to add BleuCloud configuration to the default Known Cloud list for Azure CLI

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to install a version of Azure CLI where I can out-of-the-box show and switch to the config for the Bleu Sovereign Cloud wihtout having to manually import a json config.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative solution is the one we are using now ; import the Bleu endpoints and suffixes config through a JSON file. Each customer getting onboarded on Bleu has to do it manually
